Hi, I'm Dina, a Certified Pediatric Sleep Specialist dedicated to helping families around the world get the sleep they need to thrive. Sleep is an essential and basic need - you deserve it!

My Journey

Rather than resigning myself to the popular notion that having a baby meant accepting little to no sleep, I took a proactive approach during my first pregnancy and immersed myself in the latest research on infant and child sleep. However with so much information available, it quickly became overwhelming to piece all the things together on my own. I knew I needed help from a professional. Hiring a Sleep Consultant completely transformed motherhood for me! I went from feeling utterly exhausted, in a constant daze, waking every hour in the night and holding for every nap for months on end - convinced this was the only way. Then within just a few days of working with my Sleep Consultant everything changed. My baby slept independent for naps and 11-12 hours overnight, uninterrupted, while still being soothed and fed on demand. That was the moment I knew I wanted to help as many other parents as possible to do the same.

Don't Be Nap Trapped!

Sleep training helps our little ones master a lifelong skill to fall asleep and stay asleep independently. It facilitates your babies ability to sleep on the go or nap outside of the crib if needed; it does not mean you will be nap trapped! Instead, it helps you and your little one develop the skills to allow flexibility sleeping in different environments.

Following my own positive experience sleep training my children, I devoted myself to further expanding my education with extensive training from The Family Sleep Institute and becoming Certified Pediatric Sleep Specialist. Since then, I have helped countless families throughout South Florida and across the US achieve restful sleep.

Prior to my current role as a Pediatric Sleep Consultant, I have over a decade of experience as a Registered Dental Hygienist. Combined with my background in Dentistry and my husband's work as a Pediatric Dentist, I have a unique advantage in understanding infants'/toddler teething processes and related sleep concerns.

  • 30-minute introduction training call prior to implementation to discuss your little one's specific sleep needs.
  • Two weeks of unlimited daytime text support via WhatsApp, weekdays from 9:00 am - 5:00 pm EST.
  • Daily feed schedules with a breakdown of routines.
  • Customized age-appropriate sample sleep schedules and recommendation's.
  • Personalized, gentle and effective sleep training strategies that cater to your little one's individual needs to encourage independent sleeping.
  • Effective methods for maintaining an emotional bond with your little one throughout the sleep training process.
  • Techniques for managing night awakenings and facilitating night weaning (if applicable) based on your little one's specific needs.
  • Flexibility to tailor the sleep training program to accommodate unique circumstances, such as room-sharing, co-sleeping, travel, teething, daycare, multiples, strong-willed babies, and more.
